The price shown on the booking screen is the final amount calculated for the selected route, vehicle, passenger count and extras. No undisclosed fee is added. The reservation request is collected online; payment is made in cash to the driver on transfer day. The website does not collect card numbers or card security codes.
• Cancellation 24+ hours before transfer: 100% refund • Cancellation 6-24 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellation under 6 hours: no refund; exceptional cases require written operational review • Cancellation caused by Voyage X: full refund of the amount collected

For events outside reasonable control, including traffic, weather, flight operations and official decisions, operational support is provided where possible; waiting terms are stated in the confirmation.
