SELLER: Voyage X VIP Transfer ("Voyage X"), Antalya, Turkey BUYER: Consumer purchasing services via the website.

2. Subject of Contract
Provision of private VIP transfer service from/to airports in the Antalya region.
3. Price and Payment
The price shown on the booking screen is fixed and final. VAT and all taxes are included. Payments are processed securely via iyzico. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation 24+ hours before transfer: 100% refund • Cancellation 6-24 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellation under 6 hours: no refund (special cases reviewed by manager) • Voyage X-caused cancellation: 100% refund + 20% discount on next transfer
5. Liability
Voyage X drivers are fully insured. Passenger accident insurance limit is €100,000. Passenger belongings liability is limited to €1,000. Voyage X is not liable for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, flight delays). 60-minute free waiting guarantee provided in case of flight delay.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Distance Sales Regulation, if service provision has not started, the BUYER may withdraw within 14 days. When the reservation date arrives and a driver is assigned, the service is considered started.
7. Dispute Resolution
Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committee or Antalya Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.
8. Entry into Force
The BUYER is deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this contract upon reservation confirmation.
