Voyage X VIP Transfer ("Voyage X") values the security of personal data processed through its website and transfer services. This notice explains our processing activities under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
We may process your name, phone number, email address, flight and travel details, passenger information, special requests, selected payment method and payment status. The current booking form does not collect card numbers or card security codes.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing transfer service, reservation management, driver assignment, customer communication, invoicing, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.
Personal data is retained for periods required by applicable law and for a reasonable period necessary for the processing purpose. Reservation and financial records follow statutory retention duties; marketing preferences are kept until consent is withdrawn.
Personal data may be shared, where necessary, with the assigned driver, relevant hotel or agency partner, email and notification providers, hosting infrastructure and authorized public bodies. Infrastructure used by optional analytics or technical providers may be located abroad. Such transfers are handled under KVKK cross-border transfer conditions and appropriate safeguards.
